1) Eligibility & Timeframes
Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased (goods, digital products, or services) and when you submit your request. Timeframes are measured from the date of delivery (for goods) or the scheduled start time (for services).
2) Refunds for Physical Goods
Request window: Refund requests must be made within 10 days after receipt of your physical goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for the following reason(s):
  • The item was damaged.
  • The item was missing parts.
  • The item was lost by the mail carrier.
To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number, the item name, and a brief explanation of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include photos of the packaging and product.
3) Non-Refundable Items
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
  • Digital products such as artwork, PDFs, downloads, and resources cannot be refunded.
4) Refunds for Services (Sessions, Appointments, Programs)
Cancellation policy: We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
  • The services will be fully refunded if the services are canceled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the service, we may offer rescheduling in place of a refund.
5) Subscriptions
If you have a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

6) How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary by payment provider and financial institution. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
